Give The Girls Their Flowers: Jasmine Jones

Sports & Entertainment Publicist | PR Powerhouse | Unstoppable Force

Keep doubting me—it makes me hungrier to prove people wrong.

For Jasmine "Jazz" Jones, public relations isn’t just a career—it’s a masterclass in resilience, strategy, and knowing when to apply pressure. As a sports & entertainment publicist, she’s built a name for herself by protecting and elevating her clients, making sure they’re respected in every room—even when they’re not in it.

But her main-character moment came when she launched her own PR agency—a dream realized through hard work, faith, and the type of hustle that can’t be taught.

In this feature, Jasmine shares the lessons she’s learned in business, the misconceptions about being a publicist, and why doubting her is only fuel for the fire.

Let’s get into it.

Q: What’s something people assume about you that’s totally wrong?
Jasmine: “That I'm a mean publicist. But for my clients I sometimes find myself being a bit aggressive to ensure my clients are comfortable in respected in all rooms even when they're not present. I also do the same for my family friends which can come out as mean but I look at it as protection.”
